Spice up your incentive program with Miami flare

Greg Anderson

Miami, Florida offers a variety of activities for all types of incentive travel groups. Entertainment ranges from the trendy nightlife of South Beach, the historic and attractive architecture of the Art Deco district, to the exotic hustle and bustle of Little Havana.

The city boasts a vast array of impressive hotels, shopping malls, art galleries and restaurants. For the adventurous, Miami is a gateway to the Everglades. Most of all, Miami is for the sun and water lovers with its beautiful beaches, water sports, and cocktail cruises.

Take your team on an exciting adventure exploring the beautiful coast of Miami, and dine at these three new impressive restaurants in the greater Miami area.

The Wharf

The Wharf is the latest food and entertainment space to open in Miami. It boasts views of the Miami River and an outdoor event space with seating.  Garcia’s, an iconic local seafood restaurant provides The Wharf with a raw bar stocked with oysters, ceviche’s, and claws. Food trucks appear on weekly basis and space also hosts a series of one-night chef takeovers. This is a perfect location for your group to dock after a cruise to enjoy lunch, dinner or even eat their fresh catch of the day.

601 Miami

601 Miami is the newest dining and event space located in downtown Miami.  It is a two level venue with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and magnificent views of Biscayne Bay.  This space is perfect for private events and is close to the American Airlines Event Area, home of the Miami Heat. Your convention or incentive experience can combine dinner with a view and attendance at a game.

Nusr-et Miami

Renowned, Turkish chef Nusret Gökce opened his new restaurant, Nusr-et Miami right here in Miami’s downtown. This high-end hot spot is known for excellent meat dishes and a dramatic flair when salting them. This “Salt Bae” won’t disappoint at his 11th restaurant providing exceptional service, food, drinks and the convenience of a downtown location.

He has quite the social media following because of his dramatic and sensual way in which he prepares his meats.  His demeanor means makes him social media’s best new meme.  His way of salting meat has now spread through to the football world, who now use the same gesture when celebrating, known as the ‘salt bae’ gesture.
